Cecil is a Barbadian-born Relief & Relaxation Expert, spiritual teacher, and author dedicated to helping heart-centered entrepreneurs, leaders, and caregivers slow down, breathe deeply, and discover peace in the present moment.

Rooted in the wisdom of his grandmother and village elders, Cecil’s journey took him from the busy corporate world of Canada to over 30 years of teaching practical, soul-based relaxation techniques. Along the way, he has guided thousands of people, including patients recovering from heart attacks, strokes, and cancer, to ease anxiety, reduce drama, and transform their lives with gentle presence and stillness.
